Controller and contact
Eduardo Ponce Castro, operating as MovAcc Digital, is the controller of personal data used to handle enquiries through this site. Address for notices: Benigno Arriaga 601, Moderna, C.P. 78260, San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, México. This address is not advertised as a shop or walk-in service location. Data and purposes
If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, we receive what you share: your name or profile identifier, phone number, email address, conversation and project details. We use this to respond, clarify your needs, prepare a quotation and follow up on your request. An initial enquiry does not require sensitive data, passwords, identity documents, bank details or other people’s personal information. We do not use these enquiries for general advertising campaigns. A different purpose will be explained in advance and any required consent requested.
Site operation and providers
This site is hosted on Odoo. Connections transmit technical data, such as IP addresses, requests and browser information, which may be included in operational and security logs. Technical providers involved in hosting and communication may process data on the controller’s behalf. Opening WhatsApp takes you outside this site: the suggested message is not sent until you choose to send it. WhatsApp processes platform data under its own notice. These services may involve processing outside Mexico. We do not plan to disclose your enquiries to third parties for their advertising. Any additional transfer requiring consent will be explained before it takes place.
Cookies and preferences
Odoo uses technical mechanisms for functions such as sessions and language. Digital has no configured advertising tools, Google Analytics or Plausible. Your browser stores your choice to dismiss the installation suggestion so it is not repeated. You can remove cookies and storage in your browser; some functions or preferences may no longer persist. This website does not register its own service worker or store conversations or private data for offline use.
Retention
We retain enquiry information as needed to handle it, provide the follow-up you requested and meet applicable obligations. When no longer needed, it is deleted or restricted as required. You can ask about the processing of your own information through the privacy contact.
Your rights and requests
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to processing, withdraw consent, or limit use and disclosure. Write to hola@movacc.com, addressed to Customer Service / Personal Data Protection, or submit a request at the address above. Include your name, a response contact, your request and information that helps locate the data. For a correction, describe and support the change. We will explain how to verify identity or representation before releasing or changing data; do not send sensitive documents through the sales chat. Following verification, responses are sent through your specified contact method. ARCO decisions are communicated within 20 business days and, when granted, implemented within the following 15 business days, subject to justified and communicated legal extensions. Withdrawal and limitation requests use the same channel; legal duties may prevent immediate cancellation of certain processing.
